Glass Lewis, Proxinvest, ISS... what do these Proxy Advisors recommend regarding the 2021 AGM resolutions opposed by CIAM?

Contrary to what Denis Kessler claims, CIAM is merely pointing out the problems of good governance posed by its omnipresence and omnipotence.

As proof, the resolutions validated by the Board of Directors and opposed by CIAM are far from being unanimously approved by Proxy Advisors.

Glass Lewis suggests in its 2021 analysis document to vote AGAINST the resolutions relating to Denis Kessler's compensation in 2020 and 2021, as does CIAM

ISS also recommends voting AGAINST these resolutions.

Glass Lewis opposes the re-election of Denis Kessler as a member of the Board of Directors, as well as the re-election of Claude Tendil and Bruno Pfister, and supports the election of Laurent Rousseau... as does CIAM

In its Advisory Letter regarding SCOR SE, Proxinvest recommends to oppose items 5, 8, 10 and 11...as does CIAM
